100k CONTEST POLL: Ring vs. Tournament Clash!

Tournament is more discipline. Cash is for fun. If i got time to spare, i’ll go with tournament.

cuz it’s funier than the tourment LOL

I enjoy ring games because they are small group and more comfortable to sit, play and visit. On the other hand I appreciate the larger fast tournament format with larger pots to win.

Ring games have less bingo players and you can drain a bingo player’s bank account in a ring game

Nobody calls an all in bet with terrible hands like 8 6 offsuit against AA, KK,QQ, JJ and wins very often. And yet I’ve lost consecutively and consistently to bad hands like that when holding those kind of premium hands in cash games. For that reason ring games seem rigged and are less fun. It doesn’t happen in tournaments outside of what you’d expect from normal variance so tournaments are more fun, win or lose.

i just enjoy poker plain and simple

MI piacciono molto i tornei. I really like tournaments. I enjoy myself more, even if by nature I sometimes get angry. In any case, your site is splendid, both for the many types of tournaments, for the features of the site and the graphics, for the composure of the voices that intervene, for the chat, for the correctness and professionalism of the staff and moderators. I prefer tournaments, especially week long ones that grade on first seven games a day. Makes me play better for the first games.

I like ring games because I can go in or out at my leisure or elect to bail out as a winner or loser on my schedule

I like ring games because I can come and go as I please.

i enjoy ring games more because people who bully the pot are tournament winners

Dismantling bingo players is a lucrative skill in tournaments as well. They are like pinatas if you can catch a hand before they pop.

at our age anyone of them are good

I enjoy playing with people from all round the world and occasionally I come across a player from my home country, which is very rare.

it is a fininte game that ends… in an hour or 2 or 3… and after 15 min the players are set… I only play ring games when tourneys are not available… my game is Hold-em

Ring games are faster and you win or lose more and faster games makes the game more fun. Which for sites like this one means more chip sales for sure.

Honestly Tournament is my favorite have lot of friends but I enjoy all the games I like a variety of games don’t ever get bored

Please limit Holden

to win the thrill of a big event , because playing on this web site only does two things for me its takes my money on rebuys and does not teach me the real art of poker because of the lack of reality. and to have a low cost means of working out my immoral behavior at a low cost.

Either game format can be exciting, depending upon your style of play. Tournaments are “sudden death,” which can be exhilarating, but with ring games you can end up risking your entire bankroll if you don’t play wisely. Some people like to live on the edge; I call those people “gamblers” as opposed to “poker players.”
