I participated in the SnG Sprints survey and was supposed to receive a July Sprints ticket June 27th. I noticed others in the forum mentioning they have received theirs, whereas I have not. I assume the tickets are received simultaneously and being several hours later I also assume without inquiry l will not get one. This then is for an administrator or anyone at Replay so that I receive a ticket. Yes, I am aware there will be a code for tickets and when you play you are given another. Also, wondering if anyone else did not get a ticket after participating in the survey?
I got my ticket at 11am on Friday but it had a June 16 expiration date. So at 8pm that same day it got marked as expired and removed. I emailed support to see if we can get a non expired ticket. Check your ticket history page to see if the same happened to you. Here’s my page showing exactly what I said:
Everyone who pastes ’ JULYSPRINTS’ on the 30th will get a ticket. No survey required.

I just used the promo code and the Sprint tickets I got have that same June 16 expiration date as the survey one I received. They do work as I was able to join a Sprint table just now as a test but I am about to go to bed and wanted to use them later but I’m sure they’ll be gone.
I think the point is that by doing the survey we are meant to get a ticket that doesnt expire and with that code you are meant to get two more, the same as anyone who didnt complete the survey. I have faith replay will credit the expired ticket back as they are always fair

Hi, All the survey tickets awarded on 27th June were swiped back later the same day because the expiry date was in the past. I am going to arrange for them to be refunded.
Apologies for that. The expiry date is now set to 2030 and will be extended again depending on how the SnG Sprints pan out.

Yes, Tickets won from the Leaderboard on the last Day of a Sprint series will now be valid for the next series.
July 2030 is arbitrary, but can be updated without removing the tickets.
2030:)----i think many (probably me included) will be long gone ( 5 feet under as i cannot afford 6 feet ).
