Thanks for the question wayne1. It’s to remind players that although we do monitor this support site, it’s not our main support channel. So if you have a problem and need a quick response you should always contact us via the support link at the top of the main Replay site. That way you can expect a response within 24 hours during normal work days.

This site allows players to support each other and also to let players discuss ideas, it’s a useful resource until we launch our own forum (we plan to do that this year!) but we don’t want you to be disappointed if you don’t get an immediate response. I hope that makes sense!
