Why didn't I receive the best hand award, after getting a straight flush?

I got a royal straight flush in a tourney, bu that is not showing in my awards

You have the hand number? It showed in the chatbox you had straight flush? Or all players fold before the showdonw?

unfortunately i don’t have the hand number it showed in the chat box above the cards as royal straight flush and ya all players folded before the showdown

Ah i see, you had royal flush (it shows above the cards), but if everyone folds and you don’t showed your cards, you mucked (you can untick it at the table and untick the option in settings, but than you always show your hand)

Than it is not official. None of the other players saw you had the royal flush straight. If you show it, or with players who stays in the hand untill the end, you get that hand in your stats. I’m sorry, i hope the next time you have callers or untick the muck on time.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled USERS BEST HANDS changed/glitched from all ten being Royal Straight Flush, a while back.. Yeahh This is second time this issue has been reported, once on here and once on a message.

User’s Best Hands now shows crap hands instead of all ten being Royal Straight Flush hands. It is incorrect and was once correct for a long time, please fix. TY

The reason it hasn’t shown is either:

  • It was on a royal table (these aren’t included)

  • You didn’t show the hand to the table (it was either mucked or everyone folded)

I played in a Royal tourney yesterday and got a Royal Flush against another player and that knocked the player out. My hand was shown and it was shown on the board in bold black that I had a Royal Flush. However, I have not received credit under my Awards for Level 3 - Royal Flush. This is the THIRD TIME that I have not received credit for a Royal Flush.

The reason it hasn’t shown is either:

  • It was on a royal table (these aren’t included)

  • You didn’t show the hand to the table (it was either mucked or everyone folded)

    In your case " - It was on a royal table (these aren’t included) " (way too easy catch it there)

Hi LadyDi999,

marcipan is correct, since Royal Flushes are much easier to come by in Royal games, they don’t count towards any awards. Sorry for any confusion!

Hi guard,

I found your hand (http://www.replaypoker.com/hand/replay/87647552) and it looks like you mucked your cards. As marcipan mentions, mucked hands do not count toward the awards since the cards are not shown at the table. Sorry for any confusion!
