Who are your friends? What is community to you?

Well, do you take a bath regularly?

The 500+R tourney is my favorite… The ā€œRebuyā€ Feature makes it very different from most
other tournaments… Recognizing and Accepting that will take you a long way toward a
better understanding of this particular game…

Maybe it’s not for you, but I think if you give it a while, it may grow on you…

One thought/tip from me about it is that once the first segment of the tourney is over,
it becomes pretty much like any other Holdem tourney…

For the record, while I play one of these most every day, I’ve never been one of those
ā€œAll-In-ersā€ at any point in such tourneys…

So, if I’m in the hand you can expect I have a hand…

IN the interim, if it is not for you, then you can either give it a chance to ā€˜grow on you’,
or totally disregard it and move on to something more in line with your taste…

Greetings, Winston.
I’m with you on this. The first time I tried a 500+R, I was just appalled. Then someone helped me understand the way the game rolls. Since then, I really do enjoy sitting down for a wild ride in one of these games. It’s truly about Recognizing and Accepting, as you wrote. Thanks for the post.

all unlim rebuys act the same way, yet the 500 B&R is the funnest. a strategy is posted somewhere… rebuys for dummies… if you roll with the flow, its both fun 2 play and decent t-pts.

There are some great people here on this site and most of them my friends. I rarely bump into an idiot and when I do i just ignore him/her. I met some of my friends here in person and will meet more in the future. You cant forget that this is still a poker game and players tend to get frustrated (me as well) so you should just forget or forgive some outbursts… I do understand that sometimes its too much and thats when i warn the person and if he/she continues I report him/her. Just ignore the nasty players and concentrate on the nice ones who will eventually become your friends, its worth it. Good luck to all and take care.
