Your pots won percentage really only tells you how many opponents you are playing against on average.
If you never bluffed and over folded it would be significantly lower than that, and if you were always against opponents like that then it will be higher, but otherwise you can’t really shift that number much.

Not completely sure what this stat tells you but here is mine. Now I only play MTTs, so my numbers tend to reflect that (fewer hands you play the lower your win %.) If you play ring games or SNGs or heads up tournaments you will play a higher percentage of hands than you will in a 120 person MTT.
A better stat would be
VPIP stands for “voluntarily put $ into the pot” (Pots won when you put money in the pot other than blinds)
or
Pots won/ flops seen
