XYZ-squared
Who are winners?
I would like to know too. Does anybody know when answer will be posted?
I hope someone will post answer and explanation here. I don’t belong to facebook.
The basic answer was C, though the deeper discussion that came out of it here was fantastic.
The contest ran on Facebook, and the winners were chosen there. They were SmokinAAces, JanCee, Dylan1101, nenui, and hughie329.
We’re running a new contest right now, and will have another one next week as well. Next week’s is based on Omaha Hold’em, so I’m looking forward to seeing the answers to that one.
I guess its a good thing I wasn’t the floorman called to decide that hand. I still think it’s the wrong answer lol.
what a turkey answer BAA HA ha .
nice novel Warlock, LOL LOL !!
still trying to suck up eh !!!
Hahahahahaha, that made my whole night brother. See, doesn’t take much LOL
If C is the answer what is the trick in question If it is final showdown then every body knows C is the answer Question was how A B C each will play.C will not stay till river as A will bet very high having D king and other king You should have mentioned who wins at showdown then every body will answer C and no trick at all
I agree with you Lokendra, if C is the correct answer, it is certainly not a trick question.
I had picked D as my answer. The reason as follows:
If I were called to the table to make the decision on the hand, and just knowing what was disclosed here I would find that we have a serious equipment failure. The 2-3-5-6 of diamonds and the 2 of spades with single pips top and bottom are from one deck, the 4-7 of diamonds with center pip plus 2 corner pips are from another, the 3-c with 2 corner pips only are from another deck, the Ace of diamonds with single center and two corner pips from another, and kings that could be from any of the decks above or from some other. All poker room rules I have ever seen would call for a certified deck of 52 made for poker. Cards exposed would just be “pieces of paper”. Split pot to the three players in the hand and get a legitimate deck into game. Just sayin…
that was the “trick”, multiple decks to attempt to confuse the reader.
I would like to see the riot that would follow if any poker room tried to pay hand C in that hand lol.
It’s a trick question because the correct answer wasn’t one of the choices.
Who wins if these hands make it to showdown?
E… Nobody
@SunPowerGuru. Thank you, finally someone agreed with my answer E
3 4 5 6 7 has diamond straight flush so pair of 3’s winner with 5 best cards
kings are ace high flush deuces are ace high flush player c
The winner is A…the flush is on the table. Pocket Kings are the highest kicker.
No, it’s probably C…straight flush
player c
We’re running a new trivia contest on Facebook right now. It’s our first Omaha question, and as expected, the responses are much more varied this time around!
