When possible i think a tournament should be cancelled for not enough players at the last second, to me it seems; its always that last minute the table fills

I have seen the same happen far too many times also. However there has to be a closing registration time & you would think those who really wanted to play would make it.

i wanted to play the north sea race, tried registering at 17:28, only 2 players so cancelled, im pretty sure me and another random would have saved that tournament
i would like the closing time to be the technical limit
