The tournament start times are not convenient for the one I want to play but day after day it always starts at the same inconvenient time. The tournament start times should change daily so it fits into my schedule occasionally.

I agree with this. Although I haven’t had any experience where there were inconvenient times, it very much makes sense to rotate the starting times of tournaments. Doing that daily would be all over the place though. Weekly rotations would be good.
I see what you’re saying but it’s difficult to please everyone … the same start times for the tournaments means ( for me ), that no matter what is going on in real life… I can plan ahead making sure that I can play my favourite tourneys next week, … so… great for some and not so great for others.
