would seem the best way to quite arguing with people who post here about wether they thinks its fair or not, would simpley be not to click on the fairness debate catagory…you defenders of replay who keep saying your sick of it, then dont click here or post here. plenty of other categories to choose from…
That wouldn’t make for much of a debate.
Well, I continue to see more people signing up for the less expensive tournaments because the more expensive tournaments are much harder to win…I think that fact speaks for itself and anyone who argues that the site is not rigged is just ignoring reality…
Lets rename it “whingers anonymous” or “losers inc” if no feedback is allowed unless it is negative
Well, if you want to ignore reality and live in the world of unicorns and sugar plum trees that is your perogative…
Honestly, I just think better players play the more expensive tourneys. I can win the cheaper ones. I know my place!
Jan
Warlock,
It was in the RPP algorythm thread, and SPG re-posted from staff. ( clean deck/ 1 shuffle )
Let me say this, I do know programming, and I have seen patterns… do I have the ultimate formula to win yet, uhhh … no … but if I could just quit getting impatient and bored, maybe I could make it work right. While there might be creedence on the flush theories, the brutality of the river around here is more what I’m try’n to figure out.
Maybe if I just stuck to Hold’em, I might be back to where I was… lol… my problem is I keep playing OmahaHiLo…

[/quote]County,
There are many reasons for this, but I know going up levels you start playing better players… which makes it easier not harder to win in most aspects. Also remember some ppl just play for leaderboards alone… not ROI. Someone once told me, Replay’s sweet spot for players is the 60-100k bankroll level… that usually would limit them to 25k or less MTTs, but most prolly play the 2-5k range … thats if they aren’t just blast’n thru cash on the ring tables…
The numbers do not lie…
Sarah - I honestly wish you luck in determining whether a glitch exists or not, and if so whether it is exploitable. I have substantial doubts whether one could exist that is exploitable but will keep an open mind as you are one sharp cookie.
The trick with being able to successfully go back and forth between these games is to remember to stop chasing the low hands when playing Hold 'em - maybe write yourself a note?
Warlock,
Im fine in holdem, then I lose it back in HiLo
joking with you my dear. how’d you like the guy who cold shoves AK and most pairs 100BB? what a goofball. always seems to be in a race to go broke.
Added - its stuff like this that makes it unnecessary to rig anything here. Run a fair game with a rake and a population heavily inclined to being absolutely horrible at it and voila
like the guy that just dbbl’d me up… ( my bankroll ) AK vs AA ?

I suggest you stop playing hi/lo.
Very cool article about the true odds of “long shots” in poker. Go through this and you’ll realize how many improbable things are nearly certain to happen over the course of enough hands:
my best was 1010 but ofcourse not good on this site as its more for stupid players to win games…WHEN IS IT THAT A PLAYER GETS HIS DUES FOR CARDS HELD? WHEN? so I raised 1900 preflop I got called with A7 we both had 15k chips…i bet 7000 chips I got called 7000 and turn card is an Ace…QWHY IS THIS SITE HELPING DONKS WIN? ACE RAG PREFLOP 1900 THEN 7000 WITH 7 (ALL 3 CARDS WERE BELOW 10 ON THE FLOP)…IM SO SICK OF THESE BEATS ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN ON THIS SITE ANYMORE…THINK ITS THE INTEREST OF THE SITE WE STOP PLAYING HERE AND NOT WANTED…IVE LOST MILLIONS TO IDIOTIC CALLS AND STUPID PLAY…IS YOUR CARD GENERATOR ONLY DEALING CARDS TO DONKEYS AND HIGH RANKED PLAYERS? THIS IS JUST TOTAL BS…
@jazzbythebay.
Jazz, if you are constantly losing these hands then there is some flaw in your game. Some little thing you are doing or not doing. I suggest you start posting links to the hands in question and asking the community to analyse and advise. There are some pretty good players here that are only too willing to help you fix the leak.
I have played against you once and my thoughts on that occasion were that you consider only your hand. There is one hand in particular I recall. I had position and QdQs in the hole. pre flop. You and 2 others limped and I raised x4. Only You called. Flop 7sKsQh. I got trip ladies so I’m here to stay. Big bet and call. Turn drops 4s. I have 3 ladies and 2nd nut flush draw so still here to stay. Big bet and a call. River is the 9s. All-in with very little left and get a call. You turned over 7d4h. two pair and out you go. I remember this hand because you called me a donk for chasing the flush. You were dead all the way to my 3ladies but still didn’t see the danger with 4 spades on the board .
hi whoeverit…I know there is a leak…its in the luck pretty sure its not how I’m playing out my handive been around for years playing poker but never seen this sort of trash calling and hitting…I do take into consideration others hands and also keep in mind the kind of bandwidth of cards they call on…if not then I would not have won so consistently here over the year plus…i do make most final tables barring the last one month…im not some feared player but my percentage of play ranks high among all players here…im pretty sure of that…its one of those times when you are in a hole, this happened about a year and half ago as well…then got out of it…im assuming or rather pretty sure its that time of the year and have to see it by…im sure I’m not the only one who has gone thru this…if you see my past messages I don’t think I could have played out the hands any better…even today just now in a 15k buy in game the site is giving cards to just one player on the table hes hitting every single flopfor the past 30 minutes…it was frustrating my ak,aj,aq,33,99 nothing for it…it just wasn’t there on the board to play it and tried to show in 2 cases I had a strong hand I just got reraised 3 times over…finally I had jq and I flopped the straight got two callers and said ok finally…and lo and behold the guy hitting every hand eventually gets a boat I raised 1400 chips he called it with 109 off and ofcourse replay did the rest by giving him the boat…how many times have I seen this and I keep saying it,there is always one player ranked low who will win every 2nd hand…
I have to agree to some point that we get married to our hands,my tendency is when I don’t get hands I just don’t like to sit around I do play unconstructed cards hoping to get one hand going…my apologies if I did call you a donk but somehow ive been calling that a lot few weeks ago,got banned for 3 weeks for doing so repeatedly…it was pure venting nothing else…
appreciate your input whoeverit, thank you very much and I hope I get out of this slump…im not looking to win everyday…just hoping to play percentage poker if I get to doing so…look forward to seeing you at the tables…
Yes Jazz, folding is boring… is to me too… but you just can’t start playing bad hands for that reason. I should already be back to 7-8m by now, but I’m not Jazz… wanna know why… I keep pushing hands I shouldn’t and playing levels I shouldn’t… ohh I keep telling myself, I’m just gonna see a few orbits, or I’ll just play 200k of the 500k …sure enough Replay rewards me with more bad outcomes.
You talk about someone on FIRE beating you on a draw… switch with them… There’re on fire, have more chips than god prolly, so losing a few draws won’t hurt them, and they went for it with trips against your straight…wow you are delusional… of course they will use thier chipstack to thier advantage, especially if they think they can do no wrong.
If you play a hand correctly, and still lose… you can’t beat urself up about it.
If you play a hand incorrectly, and lose… you better beat urself up about it.
I tried to go watch u play, I listen to your posts, I just think you’re still on tilt… you’re pressing the issue and you remember every bad hand…If I didn’t already tell you, think I did, start marking every bad beat down… just a checkmark… Your bad beats, and Your bad beats you dish out… not just bad beats, but draw out beats and any other crappy beats. ( you know what I’m telling you to include Jazz, so don’t say ya don’t ) … then after 1 week, tell me how many there were… I bet they almost even out over time.
Its 1 thing to beat yourself by bad play, Its another to catch bad beats, … but the hands you must stay away from are those landmine hands… It can be as simple as which hands you decide to play.
I’m play’d only MTT and got to 5.5m, sure with bonuses and leaderboards… then switched to Ring… got to 19m, then dropped to 100k … I’m back to 1.2ish but I’m still doing exactly what you are, trying to press the issue… I played the Champ MTT thingy yesterday, and it was like night and day… the play was almost actually like a live MTT for cash … but remember Jazz… thats in a MTT where only top players are playing, and where every posistion matters for pts.
thanks /Sassy for your time and input…I asked one player…in the rings yesterday flop was 284 and I had 8K and he was short stacked with 19k chips…I bet 8k he went all in with 19k I called and he had 107 offsuit and turn card was 10 I lost the hand…asked him there was nothing on the board why did you go all in …he said I got bored and I don’t like to sit out hands…just an observation…high ranked player…
I’m pretty sure ill go back to the 10-15 million levels simply because I’m capable of doing so…had some luck today got 2nd in kind of magic won a monster hand I got really lucky I had AA I raised preflop and got called with Q10 and flop was AKJ by the turn both were all in and a Jack fell on the river…i got my boat…it was a rare sight but I’m taking it after giving away so much…so I got lucky…somehow I deserved it…maybe turn of the tide…im playing steady being careful sometimes very careful…like 71 players and paid 10 players yesterday I got 11th place…it sucks…i went thru 15 tourneys last month missing by one place for money…its getting better…but its in cards dealt I don’t think I’m engineering sime extra skill sets or any kind of serious change in play…the poker gods are just smiling now…back to the halrf million mark …lets hope it sustains…catch you at the tables and thanks once again for the time to make these analysis…much appreciated…
Well, the fact of the matter is that we all get the same “luck”…Harrington said he never won a major tournament without pulling a card out of his ass to beat someone (not a direct quote)…
