I never had this happen before. Can support please just cancel this tourney and do a refund.
Been 3 hours and still frozen. 
@K-Mart905 thanks for letting us know and sorry for the issues! The tournament has been cancelled and refunded.
The only thing I would say is, it’s not a bad thing if a table is frozen, it means you can put your beers on it and not worry about keeping them cool. Make the most of it.
