I would like to send a big ty to sue from c/s who refunded my entry fee after sending game number when i was froze out 3 times in 3 /4 hands so it could be seen did not expect it so TY TY TY

I did ask and receive a 250k refund from replay because of freezing game have not been playing much over 5k buy inn games… till it gets better…

i lost my sample hand, not sure if it was coincidence or any changes have been made; but the last 4 or 5 freezes i encountered where at the end of the hand, it would hang on the last player and not continue the new deal
screen frozen during tournament, only the table I was on, chat still works, just not dealing cards
Horrid way to play, Even refresh has not been doing it, I have to close, go back to the lobby that seems to take a min or two to SLOW load then try to get back to my game just to all happen again, THEY say were working on it I call BS you are not.

The table freezes after a break. As if I would sit out with Ace Queen in Dealer position!!! the whole screen froze. Missed about 5 hands. got blinded to practically nothing. What a load of crock! Had to close down browser and relog in. I reckon they give preference to people that PAY for chips not players that are here for FREE like me. That is my theory and I a sticking to it.
Second time it has happened on the final table to me. What is the point of playing such a glitchy online game.
Very disappointing.

I understand your frustration and hope a perment solution to the problem happens soon. I do know the RP team is working diligently to resolve and have reduced the amount of the table freezes in the last few weeks, IMO.
I can only hope this issue is resolved soon and wish you & all gl at the tables.

Lower your expectations to lower your disappointment.
The old timers on Replay enjoy the site regardless of the glitches.
They felt the disappointment you’re currently feeling.
You’ll adjust in time like all the rest.
You’ll find that it’s the people on Replay that will make it worthwhile.
You’ll discover it soon enough and will answer your own question, “What’s the point…?”
Also, poker is good for practicing patience and generally becoming more aware.
You’ll be alright.
Go with the flow and make friends on Replay.
Find the entertainment.

That is dismissive to lower one’s expectations. I expect normal online playing conditions not low ones or high ones.
Long-term success requires meeting or exceeding user expectations to build loyalty and trust.
Replay survives their past and current playing conditions with the understanding
of their community.
Their community is their saving grace.
Without the spirit and friendships of their players, so many would quickly look elsewhere for a,
let’s say, “stable table” without worry of freezes and lock ups.
This very dynamic has always been front and center.
It should be communicated when expecting normal online playing conditions.
Again, Replay’s strength is their community.
We all wish we could say, “Replay’s strength is their superior online playing conditions.”
In fact, those above words are making their debut!
Never before uttered or seen on Replay’s community thread.
You could say Replay broke the mold by surviving, consistently without meeting or exceeding
user expectations.
Throughout, the community always hoped for better days.
We always had that feeling of rooting for the underdog.
I suppose one can argue the dismissiveness of Replay’s management, throughout the
years, would have been more apparent than the players dismissiveness.
It seems Replay’s management is in a no-win situation with what they have to work with.
Or else, they would’ve already created a very smooth user experience long ago.
That is the perception.
So, lowering one’s expectation is simply a natural result of Replay’s historic performance.
A survival mechanism beneficial for both player and the site.
i froze today and saw some unexpected behavior, the animation froze, i couldnt act, but the game continued in the background and showed me the sitting out button
Maybe take a little more water with that whiskey
