How come some people have stars on their name plate?
Was Gold membership until last year. Its closed. RP want thet restart , may you see some staff member testing it.
Thets my best guess, like to see it real , to give you better answer or ask the staff, but I think better leave them to do better things. 
Gold member was pay monthly a small fee, support the site and get some extra , like chips, nice rooms and more
