Patience and kindness. I will always remember playing in a live tourney and I would count out chips before I would recount them over the line. One of the players got really upset that I took so long so he couldn’t stay calm about it and made some silly bluffs in the next couple hands to get knocked out of the tourney. A great poker player doesn’t let things upset him/her. Sometimes slow players get you into the money! Past the bubbleboy!
