@smooth Are you sure this is actually even true? I haven’t read the TOS but most sites like this have some clause like, “can terminate your account for any reason at any time.” And yeah in these cases its so much better to go with the benefit of the doubt. There is no real money in almost anyone’s account and the best a person can do is what, make another account and be even more inflammatory and weird? That type of person is already doing this.

I’ve been on replay for years, and I must say I think its a safe, well run site. You can unfriend someone who’s a problem, mute them in the chat box or report them. I’ve always found replay quick to respond. On top of the foregoing, I’ve always found fellow players at a table very quick to back up a player who’s been picked on.

You’re going to have provide me with some more info with what you’re referring about being true.
I think if someone makes false accusations towards another without proof, they should be banned from any site for basically defaming another person.
And depending on how it’s communicated, it’s basically considered either slander or libel in my part of the world.
And I’ve had two players recently falsely accuse me of something which I consider defamation. I just haven’t decided yet what to do about it. I don’t think there’s a time limit for my decision since their comments are all memorialized in the Forum.
I have always found them helpful too, but unfortunately not everyone has.
I’m not trying to be critical of anyone. I also realize not every problem is preventable or every transgression punishable, but that doesn’t mean things can’t be improved.
It’s not good for anyone to have players leave the site or even just play less often, so I think we’re all on the same side here.
I understand that you’re joking with “silent bill”… He doesn’t deserve to be silent / muted for life. He called a bingo maniac a “donk”. Big deal. Other sites have emoji’s of donkeys, fish, poop, etc. That’s not a crime that deserves a life sentence. I will never mute a stalker or jerk. I need to know what he’s saying about me. That’s my ammo. I will let them bury themselves, and I’ll have the hand # to report with. I don’t report often because I believe we should be able to talk like the pros on tv. It’s an adult site and we shouldn’t be offended if someone calls us a jerk. Also, the person calling us a jerk shouldn’t be muted. We’re not in grade school and don’t need monitoring to the point that I’ve seen… but when I’m called disgusting names and followed from table to table for months, I will absolutely let Replay know about it. I was disappointed in the response that I got from Replay. Extremely disappointed, but I’m pretty sure that he buried himself shortly after because he’s now also silent

If you have a technical problem, staff is good and will help you promptly. If you have a community problem, not so good.
Yes, you were one of the ladies i was talking about (did not want 2 put your name out there) who i know was being harassed (stalked)…Sad thing is, i know 3 other ladies who went thru (or still going thru) this and it saddens me that you and them have 2 put up with this my friend.
Yes I tried to tell replay about this for someone I know but was told this player could play were they liked even though they were following this player to every table waste of time
