The staff is right on for any needs you may occur.
Refilling your coins due to unexpected power outages etc.

Most likely, you need to negotiate. Nothing just happens and it’s not certain that it will work out. It is not particularly profitable for them if there are hundreds of them.

Staff is outstanding here. You just joined not too long ago. When you need them they will be there for you. You’ll see.

If it is, I think it would be spelled “courteousness.” Here’s what the dictionary said: Well-mannered behavior toward others : civility, courtesy, genteelness, gentility, mannerliness, politeness, politesse.

I’ve seen lots of words made with “-ness” and “-ability” attached, as in “with-it-ness” and “comfortability.” I would, generally, prefer “courtesy” and “comfort” but can’t argue with “with-it-ness.” Not sure what we’d use in place of that.

Bottom line: The staff here is courteous. We agree.

Courtesy or courteous would do just as well , without the 'ness . The word ‘got’ is similar . You cannot write a sentence including the word ‘got’ * where I cannot show it to be extraneous.

I don’t think it should be taken as a courtesy. It has more to do with the fact that they are afraid of losing customers and so they do everything to make sure you stay with them.

This is not a true statement. The staff is excellent, helpful and friendly!

The staff here is Courteous and Friendly, it has nothing to do with losing members.
I have been on a few sites where the Staff could care less and would do nothing, they did not care at all.
Replay CARES, and i have never been on a better site, I would not leave Replay if you paid me.
there are more and more people coming to Replay everyday and they love it.
Tell me what site cares ? other than Replay, Replay cares about their players and are Friendly and helpful. i’m so thankful that Sharonsmarty and myself was told about Replay…I credit starbritexx for telling us both about Replay.

I agree. I wish more members would participate in the forums tho. The whole time I’ve been here there is only about 25-30 consistent posters to keep the conversations going. Perhaps staff can initiate some kind of incentive besides what’s happening at the tables now. I like it here so far for the last 6 or 7 years. I don’t know why some people complain.

I don’t know why they complain either, maybe just to complain? not sure?!
I was on a losing streak for almost 8 months, and i didn’t come complaining in the forum.
actually, the losing streak helped me play my losing cards better, call it what you will.
Yes that would be nice if we could get more people in the forums, I would like that to.
Yes sometimes there are some bad beats, just as well in live poker.
In this post i will Quote " life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your gonna get "
lol Forest Gump, and yet very true.
So play your hand the best you can and be happy, it will all work out.
