Very sorry to hear you had an issue opening your game, but Im afraid at this time I dont see any case to replay the round.
Not least because your teammates scored 6 points, so your score could not have been enough to get to top 12.
I see only 3 of the 72 players missed hands, so there were no widespread issues.
