New Achievements

Some of us want to play poker without competing for good conduct medals and chip buying for status. But that’s just me.

I have never bought a chip Finn but i’m sure Replay just wants to make things a little more fun for all of us and if you don’t like to play with the achievements then don’t. I wish you good luck at the table and wish you well

Sassee I never said that you bought chips, and like me , I’m sure you’ve earned every one. As for the rewards, RP can do whatever they want. But IMO throwing around free chips only dilutes their “value” and encourages very loose and all in play. I’m already seeing it in the 2/4 and 5/10 ring games to the point of comedy, and it’s also starting to creep into the 10/20’s. So tell me, how does this help the poker student trying to learn and improve his/her game ? It doesn’t. Anyways, at this point I really don’t care anymore,I’ll just play accordingly. In closing I also wish you well and good luck at the tables. Sincerely, your friend Finn.

I have always thought there should be an award for royal flushes in Hold-em and Omaha. Also maybe a badge for winning each kind of MTT or SNG (I love Hold-em and Omaha, but rarely play Stud and never Royal). Also maybe one for bad beats.

I played a small 9-seat SnG last night, and was surprised to get a notification that I had won the “Clean Sweep” achievement. Of course, I had no idea what this is, so I checked.

“Win a Sit & Go with at least 6 players by knocking out all opponents.”

So I guess I personally eliminated all 8 of the other players, and I must admit that this brought a smug, self-satisfied smirk to my face. I don’t usually care about achievements one way or the other, but a few of them have nurtured my inner sociopath.

Good job!
