MTT lobby not opening

Since a few days I have problems to register for an MTT from the MTT lobby. In chrome browser the side gets blank and nothing happens, In Firefox the lobby appears at the end of the page.

Can you please try to refresh your screen and register one more time? I tried registering in the MTT lobby using both Chrome and Firefox and I was able to register to tournaments. If you still encounter problems, please respond here or use our Support channel by sending an email to support@replaypoker.com so we can get on the troubleshooting steps.

thank you for your quick answer.
When I refresh the page (in Chrome) the MTT lobby appears but not in a separate window as usual, to get back to the main lobby I have to restart replaypoker.

I’m trying to replicate the issue as well as other members of our Team, but everything appears to be running as usual. So when we go to the MTT lobby and try to register from there, we open the tournament lobby and it opens a new window for us.

As soon as I click on View Lobby from the MTT Lobby, it opens up a new window:

Have you tried clearing your cache? If that doesn’t work, can you please send an email to our Support Team at support@replaypoker.com so we can do some troubleshooting steps?

I am having a similar problem with SNG & Chrome. When I click on the Lobby tab half a page only loads. A refresh may take a long time and sometimes shows the full page. But the games are usually out of sequence by Buy-in. Clicking Buy-in again causes a long wait and the result is unpredictable as to the content. Sometimes a system message pops up saying “Replay Poker is unresponsive. Wait or cancel”. Disappears in 2 seconds and the screen refreshes. The table I need in on the second page and now hard to get to so I am reluctant to register in case I cannot get to it. The Lobby lists are the only problem. When I can get to the actual table there is no problem. Community screens, etc are fine.
I have reported it to Support. Tried clearing cache etc but no difference. RP is the only site I am having trouble with. Did notice that the Joke of the Week screen lost its latest position and reverted to the earliest entry. Cache clearance?

Yes, that is what it’s supposed to and worked all the time.
Just noticed the same malfunction when I click on a broadcast message in chat.

Clarification. When the SNG Lobby first loads only the first 20 games show. The system response message pops up and then rest of the games show up.

I have been having the same issue with a Chromium based browser, called dissenter. I have found that all works fine, if you open the tournament you choose, normally for me always a community freeroll, but don’t click view lobby at the top, but below click on Tournament Lobby, sign up to play and go back to home screen. It will be saved in windows below.

Wow, Replays Support & Tech team is Great, looks like the issue is resolved. I didn’t expect it resolved that quick on a holiday weekend.

I guess, I was wrong in thinking the problem has been corrected. All worked fine for me Sunday, but today Monday still exists. However, the issue has been forwarded to the replay tech team

Just to clarify, you’re only encountering the issue of tournament lobby not opening in broadcast message in chat, but everything is running as usual when you go to MTT lobby and register from there?

@oldgeezer Sometimes when the system is in the middle of an update, games and tournaments will disappear in the lobby. A quick refresh will put them back in your page.

I have this issue when registering from MTT lobby, via chat broadcast and from the “League” section.

Yes specifically, open the tournament lobby you choose to register or view. Then click on the tournament Lobby at the bottom of the window. When the actual tournament lobby opens, click on register or view.

The issue is only when you open tournament from the main list available and either register or view at the top of the Tournament lobby.

This issue is consistent in every community free roll. I just checked and exist in next community free roll starting in 54 minutes.

I have just tried to join two MTT tournaments via the lobby and have had exactly this problem. I managed to join via the Dashboard but the Lobby is certainly not working for MTTs at the moment.
I have sent a report to Support and would suggest anyone else who is experiencing this problem also informs Support

Where are you are registering? Does the window open? What tournament you’re trying to get on, and any other detail that I can pass along to our Tech Team.

All is working withe the original problem now, however if you try to open a tourney you’ve registered to play from the My tournaments and games section on the home page the problem still exists.
