I think this is what you were looking for. I posted a range of hands that can be a 60/40 favorite when calling someone who’s all-in every time.
Do these ranges account for the FREE poker RNG on RP?
The range of hands that you posted have nothing to due ( in common) with free online poker video games like here on Replay Poker.
Craig, first I want to apologize for any insults to your intelligence, that is not the person I am, I spend my time on most of my posts and write ups spreading positivity and accolades, I will agree with you that there are some variables between online poker and a in person game, but they are not numerical variables. The push shove chart I posted is for all poker, online or in person there is no separation in odds.
One thing that is not addressed here is the hands played per hour, in my forty years of playing poker I have sat at thousands of live poker tables and played thousand upon thousands of RNG poker tables.
The average hand playing Holdem live in person poker last about 3 to 4 minutes, The average hand on a RNG poker site last about 30 to 60 seconds, this will skew perception of odds and confuse how people look at the game, if you see bad play four times more often in a RNG game you will become of a different opinion about odds, the negative always out ways the positive in the human brain. I think these are the differences you are referring to. correct me if I am wrong.
It’s a moot point now. I know what I know after being in the business most of my adult life. I am certain you don’t have the life experience I have . I used to be in the online poker space so I know all the ins and outs and in betweens. Now I own my own live Poker Room. You don’t get to that level without knowledge. There are many cheats out there and if you are going to cover a players 100 K bet you better know the odds.
Appreciate the apology but “ it is what it is “
The ranges I posted were put together with Equilab, so they are assuming a random deal. Whether or not the deal on Replay is random enough is a subject for the ever-living fairness debate thread and seems off-topic here.
I wouldn’t call it bingo depending on how others are playing. If you are not the first to try bingo all in if you could catch someone playing over aggressively you could jam for a more secure hand depending on your pot equity
only if you think it is
