did the game started with others? If the room not fill up full, when you leave the sng you should get back the chips auto. I dont know actually if you sign up, you log out, may your registering still live… hopefully some staff member will answear and solve it if need. You may need wait 3-4 day, they busy, but they will sort it out for you.
