I am unable to see options when I click on the get chips icon

When I click on the get chips icon all I see is a grey screen. I tried to buy the 4 milion chips for 60.00 for the black friday sale.

I have tried IE 9 and Google Chrome. I have updated my Java. I have deleted temp internet files and still the same issue.

Is there a way to send a screenshot of what I am seeing so that you can better understand my issue?

Thanks for reporting NCPokerPlayer. It looks like SuperRewards have blocked your payment options. This happens sometime when they suspect foul play, but other times it’s overzealous and so I’ll drop them an email now and ask them to give you access again.
