Give play chips worth

Chips reload timer, I think this would be a great way to boost the intrisic value of the play chips if a player had to wait 2-5min before being allowed reload if they rail.

It would also help to curb the lotto poker that many complain about. FullTilt was the largest play poker site I ever played on, and their chips had value since people couldn’t just reload infinitely.

this is in place . 10 min second time . Each time borrow, the timer increase 10 min. Second then 10 min

3 is 20 min 4th is 30 min and so on,
