Never received my tourney winnings, was told “we are backed up it will take few minutes”
That was 6 days ago!!! 4 unanswered messages sent. Who else has had this problem???

Sorry for the delay in resolving, we’re still working through a holiday backlog of support requests, we only plan to catch up some time next week. But the good news is we’ve got some extra resource starting next week; so in future we can avoid getting overstretched like we did recently. Please be patient while we get to your support request.
