I’d guess that there are a small number of programmers that are just curious to see if they can build something interesting and test it out on a site like this, but I can’t think you’d run into many, as there is no financial incentive.

Many Many years ago on cash sites they had bolts–Being i chat with most ppl. on cash sites n here, i think there are few if any.
