Congratulations to today’s Mr Monk’s Challenge podium finishers, Doon101, Julie63 and FranklyI, and thank you all for the very nice roll-up. Tough battle and I’m sure there was a bit of elbowing going on.

And just a reminder with the Averages. You must play at least 10 games to qualify for the trophy. There are 5 games to go so all those on the list who haven’t qualified yet can still do so.

Congratulations to the Mystics who played well enough today… to essentially leave the three other Teams eating dust. Which is barely more appealing than a low carb’ diet. With 5 games to go yet… all Teams have a chance. Which is a good thing.

Congratulations to Micheline and Tony who colluded very effectively to eliminate the riff raff, Dan and myself. The heads up battle between the two was epic, one of the longest that I’ve witnessed in a quite some time. Note… all of March is testing, actual competition for the quarterly prize begins in April.

Congratulations to the RiverRats who just won Season 6 of Jenny and Phil’s Lightning Pairs. The final order of all Duo Teams is listed below, on behalf of the Organizers I thank everyone who played today and throughout the Season, it is because of you that this was, and will continue to be, fun for all of us.

Season 7 of Jenny and Phil’s Lightning Pairs will begin on Sunday April 6th. Please indicate to Dan if your Duo Team will be in it, to try and win it… Once Again.

This announcement affects everyone who plays in the Mr. Monk’s Challenge… my right arm was twisted behind my back, to the point where I could scratch my left ear, by the other Organizers. Consequently… I am compelled to impart to everyone that effective April 1st, the Mr. Monk’s Challenge will see the best of ten games played and the best average for those who have played in ten or more games as being the parameters that will govern us, as we move forward.
