When increasing the height of a MTT lobby window, the extra vertical space is currently left used, that is, the four scrollable areas of the lobby (tourney structure, tables listing, table roster, and players ranking) stay at the original height, and the bottom of window is left blank.
Idea: Expand these scrollable areas to window height so that all space is used.
