We’re aware that some players are not receiving the daily bonus chips. Our Tech Team is already working on a fix, and we’re so sorry for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, we recommend that when logging in to Replay, to please click on the Dashboard tab on top of your Replay page to trigger the daily bonus pop up.
If you don’t see the daily bonus pop-up, please refresh the page. If you continue to have login reset issue the next day to 500 chips, please write as soon as possible to support@replaypoker.com so we can restore your daily login streak.
I’ve noticed in the last couple weeks when I bring up the site it’ll show I’m logged in but when I click on something it has me log in again. After I log in again that’s when I get the daily bonus. That could be a major reason folks are having issues. If all they are doing is bringing up the homepage that day, seeing it says they are logged in, and not doing anything else on the site and thinking it registered their activity.
I just logged in to find I’ve been reset, it’s saying day 2, but I haven’t missed any days, which my activity log shows. Are these things going to be rectified? I’m more concerned about losing my weekly 100k ticket than the reduced daily bonus.
Yep, my log in streak reset on the 1st for no reason. I was at 160+ days and now I’m at like 3. I played quite a bit on the 1st. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me within a month.
This was fixed on July 7th. Please contact the support team at support@replaypoker.com if you need any reimbursements or your streak needs to be restored. If anyone is still running into this issue after that date, give us a shout so we can report it to our tech team.
I’m starting to have the opposite effect of what everyone else is having. For two of the last 3 days, I’ve been getting double credit on daily streaks. Since I am central time zone (US), I get credit any time from 11 PM (because I guess it’s based on Eastern time being midnight) onward. The pics below show two instances in which I get credit twice for the same day. And when I normally now get my 100K Streak ticket on Saturdays happened to show up just now this morning because of the acceleration in my streaks. So things are still glitchy.
Our Tech Team is aware of this issue. A small percentage of our users are experiencing double daily bonus and they are working on it. In the meantime, as mentioned by fizzymint, missing daily streak has been fixed and if you’re still having issues, please reach out to us, so we can restore it for you.
I just had a new one occur today for me. My weekly Bonus ticket showed up today. I originally was receiving it on a Monday then when this glitch started, I started receiving it on Sundays. Today, I just received another for this week which is Thursday.
I know other players are probably wondering why I’m posting this. It’s because I always just want to correct something which I think is off. Everyone will always be better for it.
Yeah I am of the same. While I have benefited twice this week and will take it (cuz I spun that 100K streak ticket to a 1M ticket…but sadly didn’t cash in the Big Bang this morning)…I know all glitches need to be patched. Hence why I brought forth my situation to attention.
I can not understand why Replay made changes on Dashboard, there was all ok. Now is many wrong, not only this Bonus and Tickets things. Never touch a running system.
