I have to say I have had one instance a year ago and other was also impacted - It was a player who was beyond the level of abuse and the Mods was amazing. I felt bad going into to the mods game whilst they was also playing but they helped and not just me
Dont get me wrong a bad word now and then does not justify a disruption to a mods game but if its a 911 they are there and have shown this
You can report a player and there is a process - you click report and type - adding a new button makes no sense as the feature is there

Poker mimics life in all it’s beauty and ugliness, do you call the police when someone calls you names in public? Deal with it as an adult, play your game and move on, how can a complete stranger influence you in a negative way and if they have, their purpose was achieved, play poker and move on.

poker is like real life
considering the high number of players on the site, you should expect and accept to play with a lot of crazy, illogical, immature people…like in real life !!!
Just change your table until you get one with players corresponding to your way of playing poker
it is like getting a girl friend
if you are looking for a serious relationship…avoid discos and night clubs, and go to sport clubs, nature clubs…etc

If the table at poker is full of bingo players…just change the table
