I use Chrome and Edge. Disabled Ad-Block. Neither worked

Hello an thanks for the response! I thought the problem was solved be course it worked de day after I send the mail. I was able to change my profile picture.
but the problem is still there. I don’t know how to solve the problem. I did reinstall Firefox to be sure it’s not my browser. I don’t think that’s the problem because I uninstalled and reinstalled it.
Do you have a suggestion as to what the problem might be?
