Every once in a while I register for a tourny and when I hit the play button I get nothing, and the tourny is gone from the menu. This has happened several times with up to a 100000k ticket. In addition, lately during play I have not been able to play my hand!!! Money on the table, cards in front of me that are live, but prevented from playing the hand. WHY are these things happening???

It happens to me sometimes. I believe most of the time this happens due to transmission glitch, clogged internet, etc. I might be wrong.
This mighe be due to your view options, you might have “hide running” checked:
Again, this happens to me sometimes and again I believe it is just random internet glitches. If you catch it quickly enough sometimes you can refresh the page in time to save your hand. Most of the time for me it happens on garbage hands but sometimes… pocket rockets!!!.. annnnnnd… freeze… hand folded… argh!!! Seems like it is just part of playing online. Been happening to me for many years on every site I have played.
If any of this keeps happening and/or you think there is some kind of problem save those hand and tourney numbers and contact support (support@replaypoker.com) and they will look into it for you. In the past I have found them to be responsive and persistent. Hope this helps…
