Being old

You can’t have youth and experience. I’d rather be where I’m at , Experience and knowledge

I’ll consider more youthful activities with the " Thinking Young Always " mindset.

This will be a new approach and hopefully it will create change in my life.

There has to be some truth in the old saying, " As you think so you become "

Being old or approaching whatever number is considered old, it’s all perspective, means

the acquired knowledge and experience will channel whatever negative energy into positive energy.

Just knowing, that we alone decide to have a good day, not allowing the things that we have no

control over decide for us.

That’s the true nature of what knowledge and experience will bring with each passing day.

To feel through Earthly experiences

Some may say that’s why we are all here.

The perspective from above, this experience is tremendously valuable for the growth of ones soul

So shy not from experiencing life

Live life fully and welcome all experiences

If you could only imagine the reaction of another soul after seeing one that went through Earths

experiences.

Whoa! What happened to you! How can I become like you! I want that!

Then just point towards Earth and say, " Over There "

So being old but thinking young, in your heart and in your mind always, will bring about more of these

experiences!

The best of both worlds

You could say!

You could say it 108 times!

If you don’t believe that the soul wants to be like you after Earthly experiences,

All you have to do is look at the above still picture of the people in the background admiring the 105

year old runner.

Whoa! What happened to you! How can I become like you! I want that!

Embrace your age and we should be all thankful we are still here no matter what our situation might be in life.

Who wants to be 20 again in this day and age, not me. I like where I’m at. Embracing getting older.

Knowing who to reach out to is the key. Some people just cannot help themselves but rather leaning on a support system gets people the help they need.

In a few days, I’ll be sixty-nine. In one more year, I’ll be sixty-ten. I wonder if there will be a difference. The other day, I was looking for our cat. I couldn’t find her after searching for about 20 minutes, so I asked my husband to help me find her. When we did find her a few minutes later, I realized I had actually already found her but forgot, so kept looking for her. This is why I doubt I’ll notice much difference between sixty-nine and sixty-ten. lol

That’s the joy of getting old we can laugh and remember our experiences in this life and reminds of the wife & I similar situation 3 days ago. Went to a trusted fast food for lunch, which we rarely do, ordered, rolled down window to pay and a huge horsefly flew in car, trying to bite us both. In panic mode drove out opening all windows to get it out , drove down the highway thinking I handed the food to wife to find out I never got it LOL. Went back after realizing we had no food & got it. LOL GL everyone as we all will get old & remember safety comes before everything lol.
