All my chips disappeared

I had about 130,000 chips when I log off last night. When I loged on this afternoon I didn’t have any?

Hello Site Admins & Moderators.

I have been here for a few months now, and i must say it was really amazing to play here. As you can see i was a regular here and played lots of hands. But today i am disappointed not because of the problem that happened here , but the way you will handle and respond to it .

The problem i have is unusual , and difficult to believe not just for you , but to me too. And that led me here to see whether anyone else had this problem .but the way this was treated here really disappointed me. I dont know whether i will continue here or not, but i taught atleast i should bring it to your notice . Problem: Today some 5 hrs back , 6-9 people , i dont remember exactly were playing at the indianapolis table, suddenly the server logs everyone out . I had to reenter the table and find that only 3 were able to re join . These 3 were me, James and Tom .We played some 10 hands, by then another guy joined the table ,but he was not able to take a seat. He had posted this in the chat . Later James posted that there could be some problem here and we should join another table and i replied OK and logged off the table after that hand .

Once in the poker Lobby page , i taught of joining another table, but found that my chips had not increased , also i see me, james and tom still seated in that old indiana polis table . I knew that some technical problem had happn in that table and hence i didnt play after that. Now i come back and see that my balalnce hasnt come back from that table which was 400000 odd. I went to hand played section and see that there was a hand of 700000 pot size played by me . I must tell u that such a hand was never played ( I know u would not believe me & and its ok) . I am not expecting anything from you , this is just to bring to your notice , so that in future if anyone faces this problem, you will atleast taken them seriously. You can have a word with the other 2 players , if you wish.

http://www.replaypoker.com/hand/replay/76551698 You are with 8000 chips in thet pot. You folded. Far as I know and see, the event of the server crash , the chips from pot withdraw auto, then the chips returned to the owners, I think this may take some time.

What can I say, you got in bank 723,704 chips right now.

(we moderators very limited what we can see, as we not RP employee-s, more like helpers, regular players, just yourself. My personal opinion quet oposit to yours, I think RP way too serios support the users, I believe some even got chips what should not. I not seen thet much support any ather community, but thats just me.)
